Semi-assembled unlimited creative solutions (ucs) black-out pleated blind with insect screen and side guiding channels for rattle free use and installation on straight windows inside recreational vehicles (rv’s)
**operation** the pull bars of the pleated blind (bottom up) and pleated insect screen (top-down) are connected with a clicker and are easily separable by hand for individual manual stepless height adjustment.
**installation** the system construction height is 36.4 mm. min. mounting space for the width and height with respect to the window (cut-out) size: • general rubber (rk) frames 78 mm, fit end caps to pull bar and side channels to blind with provided screws. on face fixation with 4 screws of 3.5 x 25 mm

**material specifications**
• Base profile: pvc extrusion 40 x 32 mm (hxd) in black (± ral9005) with ventilation holes at the top and bottom
• Cover profile: pvc extrusion 42.8 x 30.8 mm (hxd) and caps in cream (± ral9001)
• Pull bars: extruded natural anodized aluminium 26.4 x 15 mm (hxd)
• Black-out fabric: fabric with 15 mm pleat consisting of non woven white front and dirt repelling white pet backing with built-in insulating aluminium layer. fabric thickness 0.3 mm. blind cord runs behind the fabric panel through attached transparent guiders
• Insect screen mesh: black polyester yarn with 15 mm pleat and 1.3 x 1.3 mm mesh opening. visible black cords through holes in the mesh
