This regulator is a patio gas propane regulator and should be fitted to the gas bottle with the switch in the off position, then you are ready to get the BBQ started. With this regulator being used for the BBQ there is no need for a flashback regulator to be fitted

It fits 5kg and 13kg patio gas bottles

The snap-on compact is designed as to prevent it from being fitted to the calve unless the regulator handle is in the off position therefore never attempt to mount or dismount it when the handle is not in that position
